I haven’t been able to jo in a month and I can’t stop thinking about giving up

I had a surgery and I can’t jo yet. It’s been a month!
I’ve been curious for a while.. and now that I’m truly full my fantasy as grown. Any tips ;)? Or Volunteers? Got pics on my profile.
